Deadline for return or exchange
Product exchange or return is possible within 14 days from the date of package receipt .
The second business day from the date of shipment is considered the pickup date, except in the case of delayed delivery, when the deadline is automatically extended by the number of days of delay.
Conditions for exercising the right to a refund
In order for a return or exchange to be possible, the product must:
